Since its inception in 2007, SAPPORO COLLECTION has upheld the following mission: to create a platform where people involved in apparel and beauty can thrive, and to revitalize Sapporo's fashion market.

Created with local people in mind and primarily by local staff, SAPPORO COLLECTION has been held 13 times in total and has become recognized as one of the springtime traditions in Sapporo.

In 2020, events were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The repercussions of that time continue to this day in 2021, and the situation is constantly changing. Fashion has lost its "special occasion" and, along with its very nature, the very existence and significance of "real" events is being questioned.

However, the "power of fashion"—the sense of exhilaration and confidence that comes from wearing it—should certainly not be lost.
We believe in that power once again, and with the utmost consideration for the circumstances, we will hold the 2021 version of SAPPORO COLLECTION.
