About tickets

  • Please be sure to check the date, time, and seat type before purchasing tickets. Changes or cancellations are not permitted after ticket purchase. Also, please be sure to confirm the number of tickets purchased at that time.
  • When applying for tickets, please be sure to use the name of the person who will be attending.
  • This performance has assigned seating. Please refrain from watching the performance from any seat other than your assigned seat inside the venue.
  • You are limited to purchasing a maximum of four tickets per person.
  • Children aged 4 and older require one ticket per person.
    • Children aged 3 and under are admitted free of charge, with a limit of one child per adult.
    • For the second person and beyond, one ticket is required per person.
    • If a seat is required for a child under 3 years old, please purchase a ticket.
  • All ticket types will be converted to electronic tickets, and paper tickets will no longer be handled.
  • We assume no responsibility whatsoever for any problems arising from tickets purchased through resale.
  • No refunds will be given for tickets due to changes or cancellations of performers. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Except in the case of cancellation or postponement of the performance, if you decide not to attend, we will not issue refunds for tickets due to personal reasons such as illness or COVID-19 infection.
  • When you apply, you will be required to register your personal information with the ticket agency selling your tickets. In the unlikely event that a person testing positive for COVID-19 is found at the venue, and a request for disclosure is made by a public health center or other administrative agency, the ticket agency will provide your personal information.
  • Electronic tickets can only be issued via smartphone. Please note that each person is required to use their own smartphone.

Regarding your visit

  • Please cooperate by installing and using the contact tracing app (COCOA) designated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare two weeks before the performance.
  • If you experience symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, general body aches, fatigue, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, headache, joint or muscle pain, diarrhea, or vomiting, please contact the consultation desk before coming to the venue and follow their instructions to seek medical attention at a designated medical institution.

  • We regret that we cannot allow entry to anyone experiencing the above symptoms who has not sought medical attention, anyone who has stayed in an area subject to entry restrictions under the Immigration Control Act within the past 14 days, anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and has been instructed to self-isolate at home, or anyone who has had close contact with someone who has tested positive or is suspected of being infected.
  • On the day of the performance, we may implement restricted entry and designate arrival times to avoid crowding.
  • Please wash your hands frequently or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer before coming to the venue.
  • Regarding food and drinks inside the venue, please eat and drink silently at your own seat.
  • Customers using wheelchairs should contact us in advance.

Regarding admission

  • The ticket will have the purchaser's name printed on it, and only the purchaser and their guests will be admitted.
  • We may ask you to present a photo ID for identity verification upon entry on the day of the event.
    • A valid form of photo identification.

    • If you do not have the above-mentioned [photo ID], please bring two or more of the following documents.

  • Please wear a mask upon entry. Entry will be denied to customers not wearing a mask.
  • We ask for your cooperation in having your temperature checked using a non-contact thermometer upon entry. Entry will be denied to anyone with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher.
  • Due to a resurgence of infections, there is a possibility that performances may be canceled or that the performance content, seating arrangements, etc., may be changed.
  • We ask for your cooperation in disinfecting your hands and shoe soles with hand sanitizer upon entry.
